1. What is the delivery date of your products?
We have prepared 35,000 items comprising the best-selling chairs, armchairs, coat stands, tables and table tops in our central warehouse in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. More information about these items is available from the Ready to ship section. Other items require 4-6 weeks for delivery. You can choose from more than 200 chair models with 12 standard wood finish colors and a variety of more than 57 types of upholstery materials.
2. Which chairs are suitable for restaurants and homes?
In the Catalogues in PDF format page you can find a catering industry catalogue with products suitable for gastronomy and catering, a home products catalogue with products suitable for homes, and a theatre armchairs catalogue.
3. Could I upholster my chairs with my own fabric?
If you are unable to choose any cover from our upholstery assortment, you can send your own cover to upholster your chairs. TON, a. s. reserves the right to reject it due to unsuitability of such material. If you wish, we can make chairs without any cover, with only a foam padding glued to them.
4. Will I need an additional 10m of the upholstery fabric used on my chairs?
We are able to sell you only those covers included in our current offer. If the cover is in stock, we can deliver it promptly, otherwise allow the same time for delivery as for the chairs.
5. What if I need a different table size?
By prior agreement with you, we are able to manufacture a table from our offer with a different table top size (according to your proposal). We reserve the right to reject any such proposal, which we cannot carry out due to design limitations.
6. How do I clean and maintain my furniture?

7. What material is used for your products?
All chairs and coat stands are made of solid beech wood. As for tables, you can choose between table tops made of solid beech wood, MDF boards or laminated chipboards.
